Maggie Garbino was born in Rosario, Argentina, but she was raised in Jamaica, and (she) spent many years of her life in USA where she acquired an important musical and artitistic background .
Since a little girl she studied music, ballet, voice and theatre.
In Argentina, she has been , among others, studying classical technique under the great Maestro Sergio Tulián coaching.
Her trend to the genres R&B, soul, jazz, funk, Bossa Nova, made her seek new opportunities to study and develop in USA.
In 1994, she was awarded an scholarship at Berklee College of Music in Boston, in vocal performance.
